Can I arrange care from outside Portugal?
Absolutely. Many of our families are based in the UK or elsewhere in Europe. We handle everything locally and keep you updated with regular communication so you always know how your loved one is doing.
What qualifications do your carers have?
All carers are fully trained, vetted, and registered. Our care is overseen by a nurse with over 12 years of UK healthcare experience. We only hire people we would trust with our own family.
What if our regular carer is unavailable?
We always have trained backup carers who are familiar with your loved one’s care plan. We prioritize consistency but ensure there is never a gap in care.
Do you help with dementia care?
Yes. Dementia care is at the heart of what we do. Our founder started this company after her own experience caring for family members with dementia. We provide specialized, compassionate dementia support.
